A pair of smooth legs is admired by many women and men alike, in different ways of course. Sexy pins mean that there is something sexy about the owner of those sexy legs. Ladies should take really good care of their legs, although it’s one body part that is often neglected by many. A lot of women take the view that too much time and money is needed to take care and maintain the health and beauty of their legs (especially with the mad rush of day to day life).

Taking care of your legs is important even if you don’t intend to show them off. Ladies need get the basics right, such as making sure they have no foot odour and also instantly treating any warts which may occasionally make an unwelcomed visit. It’s not difficult at all to take care of your legs and it’s not expensive either. All you need though, is to devote a few minutes daily to maintain the health of your legs with these tips and advice.
Shaving and Moisturizing Your Legs
When shaving your legs, it is important that you don’t do it hastily. It can cause the razor to snag your skin, leaving you with cuts. Invest in a loofah and exfoliate your legs once a week at a minimum . It is essential to remove dead skin cells and tiny bumps. It also encourages new skin cells to emerge, and allows your moisturizer to nourish and hydrate your legs. Using a scrub also is a good idea as it boosts your exfoliation.

Here is a tip: Try wet shaving. This involves keeping a layer of water between your skin and your shaver at all times. Try shaving as the last part of your shower routine. This will help to avoid skin irritation, shaving bumps and redness which are often caused by shaving “dry”. Also don’t forget to shave in the direction of your hair growth to avoid any ingrown hairs , which are painful (never pick them!).
That said, you should also moisturize your skin to keep your legs smooth and well – hydrated. Moisturizing also gives you a soft glow to your legs.
Exercise and Toning Up Your Legs
Working out is equally important to tone up your legs. Trust me; it’s no use if your legs are glowing but flabby. Regularly do workouts which focus on your lower extremities (think lunges). Workouts which help to shape and tone the muscles in the leg area, also promote a healthy blood circulation as well Add on a firming lotion and you are good to go!
