Smoking can also make your skin dull, so try to get rid of that habit as well. Try to include more healthy lifestyle patterns to be a healthier, newer you and you will see the difference.
4. Your Journal is Key
Feeling younger is a state of mind. And what better place to write down your hopes and fears but in your journal. Setting aside some time to write about it will help you process your emotions. Your journal can be your source for accountability. This is a powerful way to focus your attention, keep track of life goals, and create a permanent record for the future. Writing has also been shown to reduce anxiety and panic attacks.
